Vertiv Care

Vertiv Care is Vertiv’s Customer Service Center. The service center provides technological support to our clients as well as giving support for the control and follow-up activities of the technicians and Service Providers (contractors) in the service division.

VERTIV CARE offers an integrated telephone and computing system that aims to enhance your company’s most important work using a methodology and processes that ensure your needs are met and provide ideal service.

How does VERTIV CARE work?

As a client of Vertiv, your company can use this service by making any service request, either by phone or email. This allows Vertiv to monitor and follow up on all our clients’ requests.

 

VERTIV CARE keeps our clients informed about the progress of activities in real time and the resolution of their request.
